MY NASH BASH

"Let's Get Nashty"

Hey y'all! I am sitting on my back porch drinking a seasonal coffee drink from Starbucks while getting to work on this post. I just got back from the most perfect Nashelorette weekend ever. I had so much fun and can't contain my excitement. I decided that I wanted to create an all about Nashville guide for my future bride to be's and just people who are looking to travel there. I know when planning a trip it can be overwhelming so I will try my best to make this post as user friendly as possible and easy to navigate. I am going to break it down into specific sections such as food, activities, fun bars, decorations, hotels, and transportation.

Hotel

I will start with one of the most crucial components of planning any trip which is where to stay. I have a total of 8 bridesmaids so we needed a location that could fit us all as well as one that was in our price range. We stumbled across an amazing location that is right near downtown and the best part was the free shuttle to the city. We did not have to pay for an Uber unless it was after midnight on the way back to the hotel because of the free service that the hotel included. We just simply called them and they told us when to be ready and they would drop us off downtown and pick us up to bring us back to the hotel. They also had breakfast that was amazing and so fulfilling after a long night of bar hopping and touring the city. The amazing hotel that we chose and if we came back will choose again is Home 2 Suites by Hilton. Their customer service was the best I have ever received. One of my bridesmaids from out of town got there two hours before me and they simply called me and I approved for her to check in first. They also got me Cupcakes from GiGi's and a nice card sending me congratulations on my upcoming day. Overall I could not recommend this hotel enough.

FOOD

Next up is just as important as the hotel..which is the food that you are going to eat! There is so many amazing options that we could not make it to all of them, but I will mention the ones that we were able to go to and loved every minute at.

Dinner Night 1: Luke's 32 Bridge Food + Drink

Dinner Night 2: Margaritaville

Lunch Day 2: Hard Rock Café

Brunch Day 3: Just Love Coffee and Eatery

Bar Hopping:

We went to Jason Aldean's for the first night and spent majority of our time there. We highly recommend going up to the rooftop. We went during November so it was pretty cold outside but very warm in the bar itself so it was nice to cool off on the roof top.

One of the most unique bars we went to was the Santa's Pub. I love everything Christmas and they did a fabulous job with the decor and vibe. 10/10 recommend. Also try the PB&J shot. It was the best shot I have ever had and I am not a shot person at all.

Crazytown was a bar we spent majority of our time at on night 2. They had tons of space which included an outdoor area and indoor which was nice plus a big stage that we definitely used to show off our dance moves thanks to tequila.

Activities:

Depending on the time of year you go, the activities will vary. The one thing that will stay the same is the Pedal Tavern. We went in November when it was cold but they were still open for business.

Pedal Tavern: The pedal tavern was one of my favorite memories from the trip. We had the most amazing driver which made everything more fun. We played drinking games, listened to music, bar hopped, and just had fun while pedaling (I didn't have to because I was a bride so I was able to just sit.)

This was the only activity we did besides bar hop and take pictures by the murals. I will list a few extras that I hope to go to next time I am there.

Hotel Décor:

The hotel room was large, but there was hardly any wall space at all which made it hard to find a spot for the backdrop for pictures. We found a spot close to the door and dedicated it to the balloon words and streamers. We also decorated above the bed that I was sleeping in with balloons. We did not go over the top which I loved. It was everything I wanted and more.
