I know that there are others out there that just can't stay away from sugar and sweets no matter what. Well guess what?! I am going to share some amazing recipes that are yummy & healthy at the same time. That's right!
Everyone can say they hate the grinch or they refer to grounchy people as a Grinch, but I personally love the Grinch. I only thought it would be appropriate to make Grinch themed pancakes. It is super easy to make. Just use a scoop of Juice Plus Complete Vanilla Shake Mix, Milk, Green Food coloring, eggs, and strawberries and syrup to top. I used 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, and a squirt or two of green food die. I then mixed it up until I got the right consistency. I might've added a little more than what I said if I needed to change the texture. Make sure it is thick, but not too thick, and definitely not too runny because then it'll go all over the pan. Once you have your mix, it is just like normal pancakes. Flip them and cook until they are all the way done. When completed, top with fresh strawberries and garnish with syrup of your choice. Enjoy!
