Hello everyone! I am about to take you behind the scenes with me as I tell you all about my Great Gatsby Themed Bridal Shower. I actually had quite a few themes in mind before landing on this one. To give you an inside perspective, my bridal shower date was on December 28, 2019. I originally wanted just a generic rose gold and pink themed shower. However, as time went on and I continued to Pinterest, my ideas changed. I first was leaning towards a Christmas themed shower which I thought was a super cute idea. I was going to do a "Tis The Season To Be Married" theme and had everything laid out for that. However, once again I decided to change my theme for the last time. I figured since Christmas was over by then, we should focus on what is to come which is New Years Eve! I went even further to customize it to Great Gatsby since the new year is 2020! I was so excited with this new theme and dived right in.
I got almost everything for my decor from Party City, but I linked everything I could find online. Some things are very similar as I could not find the identical products. My outfit is no longer on the site, but this is where I got it. https://www.southernfriedchics.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=sequin+v+neck&Submit=Search I linked similar items from that site. On each photo, I linked similar products to anything that is in the picture.
So I wanted to create a list of everything you might need for a Great Shower Bridal Themed Shower:
* Cute White or Silver Sequin Dress
* Gatsby Headband with White Feather
* Shawl or Scarf (optional)
* Pop Fizz Clink Decor
* Champagne Flute Tower
* Cocktail/Mimosa Bar
* Fun Gold/Rose Gold Polka Dot Plates
* Gatsby Theme Napkins
* Balloon Arch
* Black, White, Gold Balloons
* Chalk Board Sign: Welcome
*Food Mini Chalk Boards

This is the decor for the place where I sat while opening gifts!
Cheers to the Bride To Be! This fun decor fit perfectly on our door!
This Gatsby Themed Wall Decor was a huge hit! People were using the photo props throughout the whole shower.
Guess How Many Kisses For The Future Miss! This is a super fun game where throughout the shower, guests can guess how many kisses are in the jar for a fun prize.
Pop the champagne, I’m changing my name. I of course had to have a mimosa bar. I brought my own glass from my house that gave me all the Gatsby vibes!
This is the sign in table for my bridal shower. I decorated it with a Sign Our Guestbook sign, LED candles in clear vases dressed with pearls. My bridal party also got a picture frame that people signed in on and it turned out so cute.
A picture of me in front of the Gatsby cake that my bridal party ordered and bought for me as well as all of the Gatsby decor!
Have your MOH take all of the items from your gifts such as tissue paper, ribbons, and bows to create a practice bouquet for the rehearsal night.
I just love this photograph of me and my main of honor, Adele! This photo wall was a huge hit.
A very fun game that we played involved dividing the attendees into 2 groups and create a wedding dress out of toilet paper and dress a selected person from that team. This is a photo of the winning dress.
